Week 7

Hi all,
This is about the time in the Term where things start happening very quickly...

Swimming-YAY!!!  We have swimming this week, so make sure you bring your togs and a towel.
Hopefully the weather is going to clear up for us.

We have PMP on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday this week.  Girls will need shorts and a t-shirt. Some of the activities are just no good in a dress.
Mrs Kemp has asked for parent help on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the equipment sessions, we need about 4 adults for it to work properly.  If you are available on these days between 1.30pm and 3.00pm please flick me an email so that I can forward your names on to Kelley.  PMP is a valuable program for our critters.

Some children are coming to school without enough lunch. Please check your child's lunch box, make sure there are plenty of healthy options in there and that it is enough. Sandwiches, banana, a cut apple or carrot and a couple of biscuits or a packet of raisins is a good start.  We are seeing a lot of packaged, processed foods that lack any nutritional value.  If you have any questions, please come in and see me.

In Week 11, we are planning a trip to the Mount to have a look around the rock pools.  There will be cost involved.  We are discussing ways we can keep this as low as possible. We will require parent support for the trip to go ahead.
A letter will go home this week, please make sure you read and return the slip at the bottom if you are able to help.
More details will follow when we determine if we have enough parent support.

I will see you all tomorrow-hopefully the sun will be shining.
Mrs H
